Rembrandt painted the related photo in 1630 and titled the work Parable Of The Hidden Treasure.
Though the painting is to illustrate the parable found in the thirteenth chapter of the gospel of Matthew, over the weekend I began to consider this painting through another interpretation.
Some men search for gold, some for silver.
I found a treasure of which is perfect and will never let that treasure go.
